They are very soft and highly flexible. I used mine for hand waxing with TurtleWax's Ceramic/Wax infused wax. I was able to reach all nooks and crannies. I really appreciated how well the sponges absorbed the wax and truly extended the wax's ability to spread a long way. I used the soft-to-touch line around the pad as a guide to steer around plastic trim. I did not tape plastic bits due to time and these pads were simply lovely. I rinsed them out no problem, threw them in the wash, and they came out wonderfully clean. As a disclaimer, no rags / sponges / or whatever item will come out flawless, but very clean and reusable. Value for product is perfect. I couldn't be more pleased. I also used these pads for exterior plastic trim using Chemical Guys VRP. The sponges performed perfectly. I'll probably buy another set, just to have them at the ready. Love these sponges.

VAN WAX, and other's like that brand, that comes in a tin, these Pad's will have you usinf less wax , lasts longer and has a better shine than the spray on stuff.. the best i ever bought were these pad's and for my WAX! in the long run, it's a WIN / WIN !!

Worked ok but size is only 3 inches. If you want to take all day applying wax this ones for you.

These pads are pretty decent quality and no issue at all using them to apply liquid wax. I may try the thicker and smaller in diameter ones and see if they would be easier to hold. I see some people commented on the new plastic bag packaging (different than what the pics show), let me just say the new packaging is the right choice. When mine came the plastic packaging was all crushed during shipping and I had to throw out the top 2 pads due to dirt getting onto them.

I like the price and the product seems fair however I like to be organized and liked the container it was displayed in to keep the pads from getting squished. Instead they came inside a cheap plastic bag.

Works great for paste wax and liquid polish. Easy to clean and have held up to several washes.

I use it for Collinite Insulator wax.
