I am very happy with these socks. They are versatile and stylish enough to wear with dress slacks or jeans, tennis shoes, loafers, or boots.They wash well and retain their shape. I have dried them on a clothesline and they maintain their softness, and I've dried them in a dryer, and they maintain their shape.I like the color selections also...they are available in the neutral colors I like to wear.I live in a warm section (okay, hot) of the US, and I was afraid they might be hot to wear during early autumn, but they are not. They're surprisingly comfortable and my feet don't sweat in them.They are stretchy, but just to the right amount...no sagging. I hate saggy socks.I'm thinking of buying some for my daughters and granddaughters as a small gift for Christmas.I wear a size 9 shoe, and the sizing on the package is right for me.

No longer able to find Jorgensen Alpaca sox I looked for alternative vendors. The fact that this product proclaims alpaca identity misleads. Polyesters predominate with alpaca constituting 10%.Also the size is misleading. It says up to size 12. I struggle mightily with my sock puller to get them on. In fact, I drove to a homeless encampment to give away the four unopened packs. I'm back to looking for real alpaca sox and I'll look at the ratings before buying. These were a total disappointment.
