Haven't been using long, but it has a good taste and hasn't made me sick so that's a plus. It was a good price, a little difficult to use just because it takes so many droppers--for one dose use four, it won't fill all the way. Otherwise seems good

Caused Diarrhea!!
I purchased this supplement with high expectations. However, after taking it for about two weeks, I developed a case od diarrhea that lasted for about a week before I realized it was the sour soup that causing it as it was jotngoing away. Be aware of this causing diarrhea and causing dehydration!!
