Great remedy for biliousness, queasiness, upset stomach, constipation and/or trapped wind.It contains both Magnesium and Aluminium for constipation, PLUS Simeticone for wind. So instead of having to buy several different GI products, Maalox is an all-in-one solution - it even tastes comparatively good, with a creamy lemon flavour :)

It is good, especially when taken just before bed
This product was recommended to me, as I suffer from acid reflux following an oesophogectomy in 2012.It does help!

It's just for a slightly immediately relief. To be feeling much better for more days, I recommend Nexium, works so much better.
