Q: Is this sauce thick? Has anyone tried all 3 sauces in this line? Which was the best?

Yes it’s pretty thick, I have been using Jamaican Hell Fire for 20 years or so. It is a potent jerk sauce. Docs special being the hottest and it is as I say potent. I use to be able to buy it locally and have since found it on Amazon when our local grocier stoped carrying it. If you like hot! Docs Special is the hottest of the three. If new to Caribbean Jerk sauce try Hell Fire 1 or 2 and work your way up. It is absolutely the best hot sauce I have ever had. Enjoy

Q: Are the back to the old receipe? Used to be my favorite hot sauce before they changed the peppers / receipe.

I have been using Hell Fire hot sauce brand for over twenty years and have never known them to “change the recipe “ they make it in three different strengths and as I read the ingredients label it says red and yellow habanero peppers allspice and vinagar
