It came extra early! Took awhile to put together, but it came together so nicely. I'm glad I upgraded to the 9 drawer for the extra space. Drawers glide easily and it looks modern. Really happy with the purchase!

The Drawers Dresser without handles was difficult to assemble. It looks great once put together, but the drawer gears came with a lot of grease, so I had to clean everything after assembling it. The instructions were relatively detailed but contained ambiguous steps, causing me to reassemble parts after making progress. I usually don’t have trouble assembling furniture, so I’d rate this as difficult to assemble. After about 2 hours, the dresser looked good and the size is perfect for my room

So it was incredibly easy to build. Instructions were solid. The wood feels light but overall it’s surprisingly strong and sturdy. I like the feeling of the white, it’s not quick to get dirty and easy to clean because of the texture. I also like how the drawers don’t slam because of the tension of the metal. The absolute only thing I will say I was kind of disappointed about was the actual size of the drawer itself. You can fit maybe about 12 or so shirts in it. It isn’t made for a lot of garments. I ended up having to millitary roll my shirts lol. Me and my boyfriend share this so wasn’t ideal for us, but for just one person I think it would be great! It’s got great height too. Overall I’m very pleased and happy.

I love this dresser. The instructions were very easy for me to read and I personally had no issues assembling it. It’s also very sturdy. It would be a lot easier to assemble it with someone to keep it balanced, but it’s doable alone. I unfortunately had one issue with one slider and one drawer wasn’t latching onto it, so I contacted the seller about it and they were very understanding and helped me resolve the issue. It’s a great product and such a great addition to my room. I have a smaller than average room and needed a lot more closet space, which was why I bought this item for the extra drawers. I think it’s a great price for its size and the amount of drawers compared to most sites and places.

The product appeared with the wrong parts for half of the drawers. It could not be assembled and when I requested for replacement parts (as I had already assembled it halfway), they told me it would take a month to ship. Then they offered me compensation to keep this piece of junk and told me to drill holes in it myself. Finally I had to pay to have it thrown out and I requested a full refund. I had to follow up as they conveniently forgot. Thankful for Amazon customer support in helping me get a refund. Don’t waste your time or money

Beautiful drawer cabinet! Looks just like the photo and the instructions were easy to understand.However, the one and biggest complaint I have with this product was the customer service. One panel for this product was cut incorrectly. The instructions had listed two ways to contact the customer support, being a phone number and an email address. The phone number was called multiple times yet there was no one to pick up. I had been contacted with someone named Iris, however, the communication between us has been anything but helpful.After our initial conversation, I was left in the dark for a week before I reached out once again. Since the time I was waiting for a response, I had to make the fix myself for this product. I had not been able to reach any conclusion through email and I found it a waste of time on my end.
