These are my 2nd set as i lost my 1st set :(I can't say enough about Bear Grip Pull Up Bands—they have truly transformed my fitness routine. I love these bands. I don’t only use them to assist pull-ups, but for stretching, yoga and warming up before heavier resistance training.But they really do the trick as pull-up assist bands - something that’s difficult to do outside of the gym. Two bands are delivered in a pouch, a thin red one and a slightly thicker black one. So, as your strength grows, it’s possible to move onto a band that gives you less assistance. They’re therefore perfect for beginners or more advanced athletes.You’ll also find a door anchor in the pouch. This makes the bands super versatile as you can do a whole lot of additional exercises. Put the roller over the top of the door and then shut it, leaving the padded loop on your side of the door. You can then place the resistance band through the loop and pull it towards you for back exercises or down for tricep pulldowns. You can also turn it into a knot so that there’s less resistance for exercises like wood chops. Move it to the side of the door if you need it a bit lower or to the bottom of the door to do bicep curls.

Its a really great product especially because there are 3 different thicnnesses so loads of different options for resistance. They come with a lovely bag and anchor to attach the bands safely to closed doors without damaging anything. Great product to make any resistance excersise harder or easier depending on the way you use them great quality product and cheapest on amazon.

I have been working out at home for the past couple of months, and these bands are an absolute must if you want to add some resistance to your workouts. As usual, you can expect nothing but the absolute best quality from bear grips, and they also come with a bag to store them in!

These pull up resistance bands are fantastic, I use the purple band to assist in my pull ups, the black one for resistance work on shoulders and squats, red band for stretching out my shoulders/ rotary cuff!! Great quality you would find in a proper gym

Quite sharp edges, hopefully they make some softer rounded edges on the next version. Waiting for the fabric ones to come in stock now so I can buy them as I do love bear grip stuff generally
