Speed
The laptop screen size was 15.6, great color, good battery life, screen quality is great, sound is excellent when on webcam and the functionality is easy. With this purchase you get lifetime Microsoft Office and Windows 365 which was a plus. The speed is great with video, games and multiple apps and windows used. Great product!

Love it
My old HP was purchased in 2012 and it still works! However, because it's only Windows 7, it will no longer talk to my printer(s) so it was time to throw in the towel and buy another laptop. I decided to stay with HP based on the durability of my last one. So far I'm not disappointed! I love the look, the feel and this one has a keypad and a touchscreen. I love the touchscreen, it makes certain things so easy! I did have to bring it to my daughter to have her help me set it up because, well, I'm retired & 68, some things just no longer come easy, lol! We used a MAXONE external hard drive to transfer everything over from our old laptop but she did that for me as well. All in all, a great buy for the price!

Great computer
This is the third of these computers that I’ve bought. The first is used by a local theatre to program and run their lights. The second is my personal pc and I have had nothing but good experiences. This one is for my wife who grew tired of trying to work through the issues if a much more expensive laptop. We have had nothing but praise for this brand.

Not work Black screen
The first time I opened the device to adjust the settings, the screen was black and there was no data. I waited a longer period, closed the device and opened it again without any result. I had great confidence in the HP brand, but after this experience, I do not think that HP can be trusted again.

Very user-friendly machine
The only negative thing was the delivery time which took from February 5 to March 14.As a suggestion it would be very convenient for those using a mouse to have one usb on the right side!

Great value for the price
I received it later than expected however, once I got it I realized it was a great value. When you look up other comparable laptops with the same specs, they are double in price. This laptop has more storage for less price. I love it.

Lasted 7 months
We had bought this back in December for a Christmas gift. It now does not work all the time or boot up. Trying to get help through manufacturer warranty is an extreme hassle and has not been solved for days. Not sure why we added the extra 4 year plan if they are just referring us back to Hp. Don’t recommend. Buy elsewhere.
