I was looking for an affordable couch with detachable/washable covers, storage and sleeper features. I was hesitant to purchase this based on only one other photo review but it ended up being the perfect color, firmness and size for my apartment. Assembly took some time as it would with any other furniture from Amazon but with two people it took about an hour or two. Firmer couch but still comfortable to sleep on. The charging ports are a cool feature.

This couch is fantastic! We bought the u shaped for our small apartment living room and it fits perfectly! Love having the option of extra storage and the outlets built into the arm rests! It came in 3 reasonable boxes and was really easy to put together. Directions easy to follow and all necessary parts included. Having 2 people definitely made it easier but you could do it solo.It is comfortable I just wish the back cushions were squishier. I'm getting some gel foam to bulk them up a bit and some throw pillows for the couch which should help. The bottom cushions are firm but not so thin you can feel what's underneath. All in all it's a good couch!

Once I found the parts. It was pretty easy to assemble. The instructions could have been a little better but after a couple changes, it was assembled. It took about 3 hours to assemble.

Horrible!! Smells bad! This was the most difficult poorly made thing I’ve ever built. My fiancé and I both hurt ourselves putting this together because the holes and pieces don’t line up. Not to mention it came dirty in a busted open box. Not sure how it has so many good reviews. I’d say it’s made poorly and the cushions are flat and uncomfortable. A complete hassle for a bad product.

a lot of work to put together, made more difficult buy some of the pre made screw holes not lining up properly. hard seats. other wise exactly what we ordered.

This couch is great for its price! Easy to set up and clear instructions. Great for my apartment, perfect size!!! Very comfortable!!

The ability to provide a 4 star from a 3 was a string decision from the beginning to end of purchasing and building a U shaped couch.I do not recommend anyone unable to build/reads instructions to buy this. Husband's are included in boosting this 4 star rating.The purchasing of this couch was simple. Delivery was atrocious. Each box was broken or in disseray of some sort. I do believe because of the delivery on one of the side sofas lost hardware.Upon opening of the boxes, it was difficult to distinguish where to begin. I also believe due to delivery, the main part of the sofa provided a red tape to the back of the couch which contains a zipper pocket. The other two did not have this and ended up with me, the wife, moving the husband aside to find tools/hardware.Making the first part of the couch, the L shape and pull out: took about 5 hours one day.The downer on the star is lack of hardware. I was unable to complete the other L shape to the couch for missing bolts/screws. When discovered, I did provide feedback to the seller. The seller did send me the missing hardware. In which, this brings my original 3 to a 4 star, for a good response to providing the hardware. However, after waiting 2 weeks for its arrival, I had previously went to a hardware store to find replacements to install. I now thank you for the backup hardware.This couch is comfortable. I have kids of all ages using it and enjoying it for sleep overs. It's big enough to hold many board games and bedding. I do recommend this to those that want a big, comfortable, and kid mess free (I got the grey and we had a milk accident once and it cleaned up nicely).The seller's quality of the couch and customer service response has my thanks.

This took over 5 hours to put together. So uncomfortable. Pictures look great but wish I could return it.
