So great for reading in bed
These wedge pillows are great if you read in bed or sit up and work on your computer on the bed. They offer a lot of support for your back with or without an additional regular bed pillow in front of them. They're especially nice if you dont have a headboard and are just leaning against a wall. I'm not keen on the grey color, but unfortunately most of these aren't offered in a wide variety of colors, and I have yet to see any kind of pillow case that will fit over them properly. The cover does zip off and you can toss it in the washer, but I'd rather have pillowcases that match or complement the bed linens. I love the pocket on the side to keep my backscratcher in. Of course you can turn them the other way to sleep on them at an elevated angle, which comes in really handy if you're congested or are suffering from acid reflux. I'm not wild about using them under my legs (there are better shapes for that) because the angle my knees have to be at eventually makes my feet fall asleep. You can't beat them for sitting up in bed though. They are just so much better than a bunch of squishy pillows behind you that need readjusting every 20 minutes.

Wide enough to sleep on
After trying another set of wedge pillows for my acid reflux, I realized they were too small to be effective. I then saw this wedge pillow and figured it was worth a try.Like other wedge pillows, it's made of memory foam and is tightly packed when shipped. After taking it out and letting it sit for a couple of days it was ready to go. To be honest, after about 4 or 5 hours it was probably 90% expanded but I wanted to make sure it was good to go before using it.So far, this pillow has been pretty useful. It's wider than the others and allows me to lay back on it and sleep without worry of rolling off in the night. The angle is pretty good as I'm still able to fall asleep on it without worry about irritating my acid reflux.Overall, I'm pretty pleased so far. Time will tell whether the cover will hold up but, so far, it seems just fine.

Comfortable for reading in bed. Firm foam wedge pillow.
I am using this as a sleep pillow and I find that I am more comfortable with this pillow than conventional pillows. It provides firm support for a good night’s sleep. I don’t wake up with a sore neck like I sometimes do when I use regular pillows. The pillow’s cover is easily removed for washing and is fairly easy to put back on. The pillow cover also has the benefit of side pockets on both sides of the pillow so you can stash glasses, a remote control, a travel packet of tissues - as well as other small items so that it is readily available when reclining on it. The only oddity is that the pocket are oriented vertically on the right hand side of the pillow - but are oriented horizontally on the left hand side of the pillow. They still work fine - but it just seemed odd that they weren’t both vertically alignedA comfortable pillow. As a side benefit- I tend to sleep on my side more when using it, which means I probably snore less while using it. At least, I am getting no complaints from my bed partner!

Don’t be fooled by prices and reviews
I was searching on Amazon for a pillow that would work for me and came across Sasttie. It was cheap, and all the reviews point to it being great., so I decided to give it a try. However, when I opened the package, I realized something was wrong, a strong chemical smell. I left it outside for two days, but the odor still lingered. I tried to use it, but I ended up losing sleep that night because the smell was so overpowering. It made it really hard for me to get any rest at all. So,How did it get all 5 stars, dishonest and unreliable brand.

Review: Sasttie Wedge Pillow Exec Summary: Its ok, already relegated to guest bed.
I have to admit, I really wanted to love this wedge pillow. The angle looked right, the idea was solid and I have a permanent crick in my neck from all the pillows I've tried and discarded (its a lot at this point). This wedge did not prove to be a solution for me...your own experience may be quite different. The wedge comes vacuum-sealed and when popped, expands rapidly. Made out of 25D memory foam (manufacturers measure foam density by taking the weight of the foam and dividing it by volume. This one is 25 pounds per 100 cubic feet, which is quite dense. High density is considered 6 or higher) and shaped into a triangular wedge, it does an excellent job of supporting you if you're watching tv from bed and need to be reliably propped up. In fact, it excels in this. But when I tried to sleep with it...can't do it if you are a side sleeper, which I am. Your spine simply doesn't bend in that direction and remember that the advertising is that it can help with sleep apnea. It did not help with my apnea and, in fact, I couldn't sleep with the wedge. If you are a back sleeper, this will not be a problem for you. If you sleep on your side (either side) or your front, this won't work.I did keep the wedge on the bed for several days and used it when watching TV, just tossing it onto the floor when it was time to sleep. But its big and after I tripped over it the third time, I gave up. I took one star off, but if its not for you (its not for me), you may be disappointed that you paid for it.All in all, a nice, comfortable pillow, shaped to do the job it was meant to do. It didn't work for me, though it may for you!

It is a YES
I have used these in the past. I find this brand to be well manufactured and follows the Amazon description pretty close. This pillow is something that I do not use every night. I used to until I got better. I use it for elevating my knees while I am in bed and also for acid reflux. The size is about perfect. The pillow is firm. It is not one that will bunch up while you are sleeping. It is comfortable to sleep on also. The size is perfect. I found that this pillow will raise your back and head. Of course you can adjust yourself for your own comfort. There is a nice cover that comes with the pillow. I do not want to sleep on this cover. I use a soft towel or blanket over it. I will have a wedge pillow case made for it. This is just my preference.I give this product a 5 star rating.I you wish, you can place this wedge under your mattress. That will add elevation to your head.
