Not much to say on this. I have an old iPhone 4s that I can use to play Spotify through an amp, and have it just do that. However, could I find a charger lead? Of course not! Needed this to keep it on and works as promised.

This connector eliminates the need for a regular Ipad cord, which I have found to consistently break where the cord is attached to the connector. This gadget allows you to use a regular charging cord which give you a much sturdier connection.

Just what I needed works a treat

No sure if this is a result of Apple changing the configuration of their charging set up (as they did/do/always will), but I wanted to carry a Micro USB charging cable (which I need for my kindle and various other gadgets) and use this to adapt it for my iPod classic which I had had repaired, (because it's a great bit of kit, and doesn't involve draining my phone battery, and is extending the life of a perfectly serviceable gadget) so I could avoid having to carry the old iPod style cable in my already overstuffed case, but this didn't do the job.Well, it seemed to, then stopped charging (I wasn't using it to transfer data as I have that set up on my desk at home) and it ended up in the back of the drawer marked 'not sure if this works or not, but I've lost patience trying to make sure, so will come back to it one day/some day/never/whenever, then throw it away wondering why I'd kept hold of it'. Like all those adapters that come with various gadgets we end up prematurely replacing but, you never know, the adapter might come in handy.... and annoyingly, they, sometimes do.
