With my small tiled shower stall being only 36" x 36" this was the perfect option for me to choose in place of a full size shower chair with armrests and a backrest like my wife has in her much larger shower. I loved the fact that this one was fold-able so it could be hid from site when not being used inside my shower stall. It would fit perfectly inside my linen closet in my bathroom when not in use plus I liked the fact that it was fabricated from sturdy, polished stainless steel tubing that will never rust or develop a dull finish. My wife had a different idea once she watched me assemble it in under 10 minutes. It was so easy to assemble, the manufacturer provided four screws with wings or what I call knobs for tightening the main frame to the bottom of the seat and four screws for assembling the two crossbar braces using the provided Allen wrench. As I mentioned she has a much larger tiled shower stall so the shower chair I had acquired from Amazon a while back was the perfect size for her shower but she appreciated how compact and sturdy this shower stool was (it has a weight capacity of 400 lbs.) and the polished stainless steel tubing caught her eye over her dull looking aluminum shower chair tubing she has been using. This shower stool seat can be adjusted to 20" or 20.7" heights, this is up to 5" higher than many typical toilet seats so you don't feel like you're setting on the floor. This shower stool also has anti-slip rubber feet so it stays put while you shower. As a bonus the seller has also included a back scrubber or what some may call a synthetic mesh Loofah and a mesh shower toiletry bag...To say the least I believe I've lost my newly acquired UGarden Height Adjustable Folding Shower Chair Seat to my wife but she told me she would share it with me... I find it very easy to recommend this fold-able, adjustable in height and very sturdy shower chair seat to others and will assign this little gem with an Overall Rating of 5 Stars!

Very first day I used it it left rust stains all over my shower floor and bathroom tile. Horrible. Can't get them off. How can you make a shower chair that rusts after a single time of getting wet.

This shower chair feels very solid once assembled. The assembly process is relatively straight forward, and the most dexterously demanding aspects of it can be done with a drill if you have a hex bit. You will need to hold a bar steady at two points while you put screws through either side, but everything else can be done with limited difficulty with only the use of one hand.The materials are nice, being solid plastic for the seat and stainless steel for the legs and structure.It folds up nice and flush, and sets up easily. There is a metal latch on the underside of the seat that the structure of the legs swings in to which keeps the structure in one piece until you want to take it down again. It does have an open back, so in theory if you leaned far enough forward that the back legs came off the ground, it could collapse under you, but doing that is unsafe in the first place.I really like that it folds down so small, it makes this a great alternative to a full size plastic shower chair, which takes up a lot more space when not in use compared to this.It also comes with a shower scrubber and a little shower bag that hangs up, which is nice.Overall, this is a good little shower chair for the price. If you compare shower chairs you may notice that this looks exactly like several other models, and I do think they're close to the exact same design, if not exactly, so at that point you just need to choose which one suits you best.
