Do not buy from them. - I also received 4 black drums
I opened the box and immediately needed the black drum. 4 months later I needed the color drums and just noticed they are all black drums. Very disappointed

Buyer Beware
I did not open the box of four different toner colors until after the return period was over. After opening the box to replace Magenta, I realized the box had 4-black toner cartridges. Not the four different toner cartridge color as ordered/described. OPEN THE BOX IMMEDIATELY UPON DELIVERY TO MAKE SURE THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN TO YOU. Now I have enough black toner to last years!!

Only worked for a week.
I installed the drum unit and it worked okay for about a week, then our printer gave the message that the drum needed to be replaced soon. Not long after that the color began to be off and the font became shadowed. Sadly they only allow returns for 30 days and it took us a little longer to discover the problem. Hopefully they will send us replacements. If not, I will not buy them again.

I received 4 black drums. No color drums as advertised. Ad shows the set includes color. Returned and will be buying from someone else.

All drums are black
Everything about this page suggests you will get a complete set. Color: BCMY, photo shows different colors in BCMY but what I received were 4 black drums. This page is very misleading, before writing this review I see this is not the first time this has happened.

Not thrilled with quality of prints
I ended up replacing my printer with a Samsung copier/printer/fax.

NOT A COMPLETE SET!
I should have read the reviews before I bought this product! Shame on me. I got a set of black drums, not the colored set. I opened it too late and now I'm stuck with them.
