This definitely helps your bread rise more and it seems a little lighter as well. I’m using it now onall my bread types.

Good source of Ascorbic Acid Vitamin C - use with Rose Hip powder
Good source of Ascorbic Acid Vitamin C - I use it alongside powdered organic rose hip for the bioflavonoids (I was surprised to find that dried rose hip doesn't contain that much Vitamin C - something like only 41 mg in 100 grams - but does contain lots of valuable other constituents).There are buffered Ascorbic Acids too but I seem to do better on this one.No additives as far as known.

Super bread with vit c
I HAVE USED DOVES FARM VITAMIN C FOR MY BREAD MAKING FOR A LONG TIME IT MAKES HOME MADE BREAD LIGHT. MAGIC.SO THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE PURCHASED IT ..LASTS A LONG TIME AS NOT A LOT IS USED PER KILO OF FLOUR .
