This product does not do what it is advertised to do. Every time I used it the puller came apart. I tried different assembly methods and copied the photographs of how to use the product with the same unsatisfactory results.It is in short a waste of money, not recommended for purchase.

Bought for a friend who has a rotator cuff injury, she was in extreme pain trying to reach back to get her seat belt. Problem solved with this simple gadget. She loves it.

Good product to use,difficult to fit if you have problems with hand strength as needs good grip strength to stretch fittings into place.I,like others ,was misled by photograph depicting 2 items as only one was included and single ones available from other sellers on Amazon for less.

Very sorry but it did not work very well, and the press studs kept popping undone.Our car is a two door. and the seat belt is quite far back, so I thought the grab and pull would help, but it seemed to get in the way. Gillian Austin.

This product is worthless first pull on it from my wife and it fell apart only reason haven’t sent it back is because I’d have to pay to do it will go straight in the bin

My husband doesn't have use of his left hand. I got these thinking they would help him. They really don't help, they just kind of get in the way more than anything.

I had high hopes for this thing, but sadly, it is just not a good design. The protrusions that are supposed to hold the two pieces together are too small, or are made of the wrong material, because the whole thing comes apart when you pull the belt. Annoying. I am going to try putting it together with screws/washers to see if that will help.

My wife is only 5' 2'' tall, which naturally positions the driver's seat pretty far forward. This positioning creates a difficult reach for her to grab the seat belt. We bought this item in hopes it would alleviate her struggle with the belt. It works well for that task but is probably not the best possible solution. Some plusses: it is not intrusive, it is inexpensive, and also easy to install (at least on our car). One issue is that it is not fixed to a single spot on the belt, so can shift position. There may be some easy solutions to that problem, like a piece of double-sided sticky tape, but we haven't bothered to test any.
