Q: What is a standard size?

It is one size fits all. It was pretty baggy on me at 5ft7in and 170lbs. My 6ft husband could have easily worn it. But the elastics are very accommodating and don't pinch. If you are on the smaller side you would just need some saftey pins in strategic spots to keep you from looking like you are drowning. All that said it is super comfortable, like wearing pajamas.

Q: I'm 6'5" so I know I won't fit perfectly but will it just be tight or will it be short? I only need to wear it once so it doesn't need to be perfect

Depends on how much you weigh. My boyfriend is 6'3" 200 lbs and it fit him perfect. If he was any heavier the top would have been too tight.

Q: Is there a fly? Is this one piece or two? Does the whole costume have to come off to use the bathroom?

Hi there. there is no fly, and the torso-arms-legs is one piece. it velcos shut from the back. the head is a separate piece. and yes, you would have to take off the tunic to use the bathroom
