I really like the Chalkboard peel and stick it’s a magnetic surface and can hold lightweight magnetic letters, it’s a nice addition to prevent the kids from painting on the walls and easy to clean up after.

I had only modest expectations for this 36x18" self-adhesive Magnetic Chalkboard Wallpaper and accessories from the HeatPomelo Store. But I was surprised by the heft and quality of this item, despite it being described by the vendor in the narrative description as "contact paper". That is absolutely a misnomer!________________________________*** It is important to point out that this item itself is NOT "MAGNETIC"! It is instead described by the vendor as being "magnetic-receptive". This is because the vinyl material is infused with iron particles (which accounts for its heft) to which magnets can attach themselves. You are NOT going to be able to slap this up on the front of your refrigerator to be held up by its own magnetic action! The vinyl chalkboard has an ADHESIVE BACKING which means it will be a pretty much permanent installation once you remove the backing and put it up on a non-porous surface. It will very likely cause permanent damage if you decide to remove this material from a wall, appliance or other surface. ***_________________________________The 36x18" adhesive vinyl blackboard is thick and heavier than I anticipated (again, because it is infused with iron particles so magnets will be attracted to it). The size is very generous but it is easy to cut down to your preferred dimensions with a pair of household scissors.The included accessories are very well thought out and include chalk markers, magnets, a magnetic pen holder, and a microfiber cloth. (NOTE: The liquid chalk markers have to be pumped and primed to start the liquid flowing.) Also, all of these accessories are tucked inside the roll of vinyl blackboard material.I am using my adhesive vinyl blackboard for an "off-label" purpose -- overhauling the organization in our cluttered garage:I cut a 12" wide strip off the short end of the roll, affixed that material to a 12x24" cutting mat for my Silhouette Cameo 4, created a full page of "labels" measuring 2.47" x 4.263" and filled out the small space at the bottom with a smaller "label". I used the Leatherette settings on my Cameo to cut the labels shown on the first and last pictures above. I cut a few initial labels from white Oracal 651 adhesive vinyl using a really chunky font, sizing the text to fit the labels. As the second and fourth pictures above show, the glossy white vinyl lettering adhered well to the texture of this vinyl blackboard material. Further, the third photo shows a fat lettering and a thinner one on the Paint Sprayer box made by hand with the yellow chalk marker. BTW, that liquid chalk holds up well to casual touch but it is easy to remove with a little elbow grease.I'm probably going to cut another 12" strip from the roll and cut some more labels because I'm so pleased with how well the white decals and the yellow chalk marker show up on these boxes. As soon as it cools off here in Texas, I'm heading out to the garage to rearrange and organize so much "stuff".

The ONLY thing I would like to see different, before i get started on all the good, is I'd have liked the graphing on the back to have gone all the way across on the back instead of being all broke up, in different sizes and gaps. It's such thick paper that where i was placing it, cutting it with a box knife when crimping into a corner was NOT working. It actually made it tear crooked. So i had to make a slit & lay it down & then cut with scissors. So I'd like to see a better way to follow a cut on the back like they do the good wrapping paper. It's such a nice product that a mistake when cutting was SO frustrating, especially if you need it in a precise placement like I did, but you can also use a ruler to make proper cut measurements to. I was just in a huge rush. That being said, This worked perfect for what I needed. It stuck easily. It's very thick & smooth. I was able to reposition a few times in the corners & it didn't ruin the placement or stickiness. Very easy. Took me a total of 10 minutes to apply it. It cleans very well. It also held up at my event to the chalkboard easle we built. We actually built a very nice chalkboard easle but the chalkboard paint was NOT working on the wood we used, so I applied this over the top & it worked like a dream. The colors were bright & vivid against this. I'll absolutely buy more, because I want to do the other side of the board & do some fun stuff in my kid's room. No clue on ease of removal since I have not removed it. But during placement, again I had to stick & unstick a few times & it still worked great. I'll put a picture on the review later when I bring it inside.

This is not as ‘heavy or thick’ as I thought it might be, but suits my multi-purposes better. It is lightweight, flexible, easy to cut to size. And you get a lot of tape for the price, especially if you buy the large size.It is the stick on variety, but I imagine it could be sewn in as well for washable items.. or other circumstances. so far it has stuck well and shown a firm grip, even using a tiny amount. There are just so many uses for this product in a number of locations, home, office, car, boat…bikes.. etc.etc.I haven’t tested to see if it leaves a residue…or how long it stays stuck.. the hook and loop will stay secure.
