I don’t subscribe to many things on Amazon, but Nello SuperCalm has earned a permanent spot. These little packets are perfect for bedtime. I mix one into a glass of water each night, and within 15–20 minutes, I feel noticeably calmer—like my racing thoughts just gently slow down.It doesn’t knock me out or make me groggy in the morning—it just helps me settle. The flavor is light and pleasant, and I love that it’s filled with clean, calming ingredients that I actually recognize.If you struggle to turn your brain off at night (especially after a busy day), I can’t recommend this enough. It's become one of those little rituals I actually look forward to—and it really works.

The strawberries and cream flavor is fantastic. I work in a high stress call center job and I mix a pack with a little more water than recommended and sip on it throughout the day. It does seem to help me get through the day with less stress than usual. Not sure about the claims of weight loss as I haven’t been drinking it for super long, but for calming it definitely seems to do the job for me. I do wish it was a little more affordable.

This beverage is a nice way to unwind before I go to bed. I think it helps me sleep deeper for longer. The flavour is nice too, but it is way too sweet for me so I mix abit of fresh lime/lemon juice to balance the flavour. The product would be perfect if it was less sweet.

Love the taste. It really does calm you down as well. I give it 5 stars for those two things. As far as price. I think it’s a little expensive.

This is crazy expensive & there is not much inside the little packages.1st I get extremely irritated, people out there are just let say I always got to use a crayon! But my husband even noticed and told me why I was always irritable and of course it was not because of him it was me. I have always been in a fight or flight mode so this is actually helping I’m more jolly now.2. The first time I used it when I got it in the mail, I took it like most people an hour before bed and it was the wrong move. It kept me up all night long. So I take it mid morning after I ate something of course. Am I the only one that it gave energy too?? I’ve noticed a green residue at the bottom when it sits for a little.3. I have not had a good night sleep but like I said before it has helped me calm down.Over all I will look for these supplements elsewhere so I don’t break my bank.

I’ve been taking this for a couple weeks now and i absolutely love it!! I don’t notice it making me sleepy so I take it in the morning actually. It’s helped my mood so much! I homeschool my kids so I drink it before we get started and the days have gone so smooth! 😍 I even mix it with electrolytes for added benefits. I use a frother to mix it and it takes a minute but works great! Highly recommend this product! Strawberries and cream taste amazing!

Definitely works as it claims, flavor is good. Not a fan of the dye in the drink, but I understand it might be just what most consumers like. Would not recommend more than one dose a day, especially if you are someone that deals intestinal issues, as the magnesium could cause more frequent BMs. Also would avoid operating heavy machinery (i.e. driving, etc) after consuming. A little pricey but it is a good product overall.
