the spout is secured by a small grub screw which comes loose. and even when tightened, it wobbles and doesn't move all that smoothlythe levers are the "wrong way around" - it looks like you should be able to change them over but I couldn't work out how and got no reply at all from the supplier when I enquired several timesthis is an OK product with annoyances and I wish I had spent a bit more and got better quality

The hot tap was loose and wobbles about. Had to fix it before I could use it. Other than that it's a nice tap.

item is as described, but it is a lot less sturdy than my old Barber and Wilson tap, which was British made.

Looks fine and was really cheap. Unfortunately leaks and hot water lever doesn't move. Plumber is returning to replace washers/seals and will look at some ceramic part to make the hot water lever move freely. I would have returned it but we imported this to New Zealand. Purchasing process through Amazon went really smoothly.

After just a month it has started dripping!!! Do not buy under any circumstances. The supplier has done nothing to fix and is always lying that they would send a new tap which they never do. Avoid both tap AND supplier!
