The thing I liked most upon arrival was the fact that these placemats are in a FLAT plastic sleeve and not rolled up! They were folded over a little to fit in the shipping box, but they quickly flattened. I washed them in warm soapy water, rinsed them in warm to hot water, dried them a bit and allowed them to continue air drying, which they didfairly quickly.Pros:• Packaged in a flat plastic sleeve so not a pain to flatten!• Protects my table from scratches!• Nice look! I was pleasantly surprised since they are not actual fabric!• Flip side has opposite color pattern as pictured below. (Pattern and colors look different depending on angle!)Cons:• Slides maybe TOO easily on both my wood table and granite countertops, but not a deal-breaker!• Crumbs will get in the nooks and crannies! And spills will go right through these! Not an issue for careful adults, but I can see it being an issue for those with kids! - Or messy non-kids! Ha!• Not easy to clean! Okay, I admit to not having any major spills or sticky messes YET, but these are woven vinyl so a quick wipe with a damp cloth will not cut it in the case of sticky syrup, etc.!Overall, I like these placemats and I will order more in other colors.

These placemats look good and are very easy to clean.

I bought a new table and the placemats look wonderful on the table. I would recommend them. They are not material like a cotton so if you are looking for that, these placemats are not for you.

The color is nice but they are not practical.

Excellent product. They look really well with my dark dining furniture, with or without tablecloth. They are easy to clean and I've had many compliments about them. And the price is great!

The pattern has designed gaps. If you spill something it will seep through. Lovely look but not practical

Love these placemats. I also bought some napkins that really nicely match them. With eating so much at home, we wanted to save on paper towels, so I bought some lovely placemats and napkins, both in a beautiful dark brown color. This way, they don’t show stains, are easy to clean and look elegant just eating at home.

Not elligant but durable and nice looking. Does a good job protecting table cloth.
