Run away! Complete garbage!
Complete trash. Horrible support. Overpriced. Not covered my manufacturer warranty when ordered from Amazon! The cheap made in China $1 exposed circuit board on the back constantly gets blown out constantly. I was stuck buying 3 of these in 4 years because I stupidly purchased a custom mount. Their 1970's support needs you to order via some antiquated "authorized reseller" or you have ZERO warranty! I'd rather pay the competition triple than give them another dollar!

The build quality is excellent. Audio quality is excellent
We have two of these at work, one indoors and one outside. The build quality is excellent. Audio quality is excellent. Worked with our Digium Switchvox system without any special tricks, just RTFM, plug in, configure, and run. The touch tone controlled relay output is awesome, and you can even set the brightness of the call button LED.

Versatile, well built, SIP intercom.
Given the low number of reviews, I feel obliged to add my thoughts. I have 16 of these devices in service around my organization, and for the most part, they work well. I'm using them with POE Cisco switches, and connecting back via SIP to a Mitel IP telephone system. They work well, and that's good, as there aren't many alternatives.I have had just a few with quality control issues, and in each case, it took a few exchanges to get a "good" one back. The mode of failure is that the unit will remain powered up, but be unresponsive. Requiring occasional power cycles until complete failure occurs. Exchanges are no doubt a refurb that tests fine "on the bench." This has been frustrating, but perseverance pays off. All of mine are now completely "hands off."I would consider the device to be feature rich, and capable of just about anything you would want a box like this to do. I have to assume it would work with any SIP compatible telephone system.Although the front of the box includes a high quality gasket and security Torx screws, any attachment points at the back of the box are potential points of water incursion. If this device stands to be exposed to the elements at all, I highly recommend touching up the seams inside the box with silicone sealant.

Worked great for 9 years
This worked great on our Zultys PBX for 9 years until it got hit by lighting. I just wanted to leave a positive review while I purchase the replacement. Can't expect it to last through a near-direct lighting strike! The strike started a small, brief building fire, so I don't attribute any fault to the Voip device for failing.

Doesn't work with Toshiba or Cisco phone systems.
No matter what we tried we could not get this VoIP intercom to work even though we have over 10 other VoIP intercom brands and models that work just fine. Tech support was worthless and would only blame you and your equipment.
