I got this to replace our older cat's tray and give her a slightly larger tray so she has more space when using the litter tray.The stainless steel base makes it so much easier to clean then the standard plastic litter trays where there would be urine build up even with regular cleaning.She is able to move around easier as well in the larger tray and the high sides mean no accidents over the sides of the tray or having loads of litter being kicked out as she tries to bury her pee/poo.Overall I'm am very happy with this litter tray

Very well-designed box. The sturdy steel bottom is really nice since it doesn't hold onto the smells and is so easy to rinse out and clean. I also love the addition of the top piece with the high sides. My cat digs and throws litter around a lot, and without high sides like this, it would be a mess. Overall feels very well made and like this will be a long-used item. The large size gives plenty of room, my cat is 5kg and my daughter's is almost 7kg, but they can walk in, have room to turn around fully and come back out the opening with no issue. Plus my cat took to the change and was already jumping into it before we could even get the litter into it, so I think it gets 5 stars from her too.

I ordered this litter box for my son's cat, she is a senior lady who has over the years become quite portly, she also likes to dig forever throwing litter all over the place, there is a small slotted step so most of the litter in her paws falls off as she steps onto it. This high sided box is just what they needed for her to keep the litter in the tray, she has so much more room when turning around as the box is a decent size for her. They really like the stainless steel box as it doesn't hold onto smells and is so easy to clean out, it is a game changer after the plastic litter trays they have previously used where they needed to scrub them to get rid of any nasty smells. At £59.99 at the time of writing this review, this litter tray far exceeds any they have used before, the cat has more privacy when doing what it needs and they don't have litter tracked around the room, it is definitely something they would recommend, especially for larger cats.

I’ve always opted for plastic litter boxes due to its lower cost, and I hadn’t really considered metal options until recently.The metal litter box is a definite upgrade for my cat. It arrived well-packaged and feels sturdy. It is slightly smaller than my old box—about 3 inches shorter and 2 inches narrower. Fortunately, my cat is small, so it’s not an issue, but I recommend checking the seller’s size details to ensure it’s suitable for your pet, as I overlooked this.I like the litter box come with a high wall top piece that can be attached to help contain litter when my cat is digging or during those occasional accidents. If it’s not needed, you can simply use the lower section. It is an open-top design, and initially, my cat would jump out the side rather than using the opening, but she figured it out after a few days later.After using the litter box for a month and changing the litter twice, I’ve found it to be simple and easy to clean and maintain. The litter doesn’t stick to the metal like it did with the old plastic box. A quick hose-down loosens any clumps, and there’s no lingering ammonia odor after cleaning, which is a significant benefit since my mom is sensitive to bad smells. Additionally, the metal construction prevents it from scratching easily or retaining deep marks.Overall, the new stainless steel litter box from BARHON, though slightly smaller, has been a fantastic upgrade for my cat. It’s much easier to maintain. One thing I do miss from my old box is the lack of a handle for carrying or moving it. That’s the only downside I can mention, but overall, it’s a great litter box. While it costs a bit more than plastic options, it’s competitively priced compared to similar metal boxes and will last longer. It even comes with a basic scoop, which, while not the best, is handy to have right out of the box.
