The inside silicon strip hold the magazine snugly when under IWB tension. Purchased a size "small" set so the magazine sits high above the belt line when wearing. However, a full 7rd+ magazine will fall from the pouch when turned upside down. The company sells a magnetic version, but I had a couple magnets that I slipped behind the metal claps. . . problem solved. (The boomerang shaped magnets were taken from an old hard drive dismantle . . some of you might remember those old mechanical spinning disc storage drives). In any case, it works great. The pictures are of a small size pouch holstering a Kahr single stack 9mm 7rd magazine (with "after-market" magnet inserted behind the clip.

I use these to carry an extra magazine inside the waist for my inside the waist pistol on the other side. The clip is solid, attached well, and has not rusted with daily summer sweat. The fabric has kept moisture away from the magazines - they always come out dry.A Glock 19 and a Springfield XD45 mag fit perfectly. I put a glass marble in the bottom of the pouch when I carry a single stack 380, as the short little magazine will drop in too far into the pouch without it.The stitching has no issues and has held up to daily use for three months, but the plastic binding around the edges was somewhat crude. It required some surgery to avoid gouging my skin. Better attention to finishing is a plus, even at this price-point. (If carried outside the belt, this is a moot issue.)(First picture shows XD45 mag and pouch after three months of daily use. Second and third show large knife, thought not used in daily carry.)

so I got the one that they suggested for a Glock19 but its like a deep conceal pocket and makes it hard to get the mag out without taking the mag carrier out of concealment. Putting a little yellow nerf rival round in the bottom of it gives the bottom of the magazine enough clearance to be removed easily and the gel retention strip keeps the magazine secure with the pressure of and EDC belt holding it in place so you wont have a mag fall out because it wasnt sitting all the way in because of the nerf rival round.

Was great at first but after a few weeks the pouches stretch and the mags are loose, even though there is an adhesive gel to help them from sliding out it is ineffective in preventing the mag from falling out.

I recently bought two of these magazine carriers for single stack medium pistols magazines. Very impressed as they fit my Glock 43 with the Taren Tactical plus two extensions and my Shield magazines.I did make one modification which is very easy and that is to make these carriers TUCKABLE. I simply made a single cut along the edge of the metal clip and then a horizontal cut above the clip attachment and moved the leather away. Now I can tuck my shirt into this opening and the magazine is completely hidden

Seems to be well made and the metal clip is sturdy. For illustration, I took pics with two 9mm magazines for a Walther PPS M2. One is a 6 rounder and the other a 7 rounder. They fit nicely in there. Holster's comfortable to wear on your belt since the backing is soft.

These are awesome...i use them daily with my ruger lcp 2 and lcp max magazines.
