All is good except the collets. When you've extracted the pill, now it is a nuisance to get the case out of the collet. I had another impact puller where the collet was not attached around the whole circumference, so it was easy and quick to extract the case.

Fast shipping. Despite what others who have a bad review, this thing is wonderful. There is a lemon with everything but the one I received has already knocked out over 100 projectiles. The key I think is to make sure you use the right bullet collet. There are not good instructions for this but trial and error before striking the puller to the surface. I would not suggest concrete it would break it. I used the end of a 2x4 and another tip it does not take as much force as you think so don’t hit it like a hammer nailing a nail but a few mild impacts and it should work fine especially for the money.

It works. Not as good as another brand that I have, but it works ok. Picked up a green coloured one from another brand and I feel that one is more effective and is easier to use.Word of advice, do NOT torque the cap down tight. It will crack! Made that mistake. It just needs to be snug enough to hold stuff in place.Protip- take those collars that come with it and toss them. Just use a shellholder.

I was surprised how hard you have to smack this thing to get the bullet loose, but two or three smacks and it's done. The "jaws" that hold the bullet are kind of fiddly so if you have a lot of bullets to remove plan on some manual dexterity to keep things together. Do heed their advise and use something like a 4" x 4" post and hit the grain end. Makes a big difference!

I've owned several impact hammers over the years. This works as I expected. My reason for four stars is because the collets are supposed to marked for size of cartridge but these do not have any markings as stated in the instructions. No big deal to me, I know which ones to use.

This is the second one to purchase as the first one finally gave out. If you reload a lot buy two.

Good price quality seems good but remains to be seen

Had one before. They work very well. I sold my equipment a few years ago and just now getting back into it.
