Colorful fish
The media could not be loaded. ย Theyโre a good size with bright coloring. I like that the eyes are shiny and catch the light. Wanted something fun to put up in between holiday decorations.Only concern the tails are cut not hemmed, fabric is frayed. We can have some intense wind so hope they hold up.

These are everywhere in JAPAN - EXCEPT in stores!!!
On our trip to Japan we saw these everywhere and I wanted some for our patio. We looked in every town in every store we could and could NOT find them anywhere. We asked every Japanese we met where we might find them and they were stumped. I was determined to buy some - so had to wait until I got home and order them. They looked great on the patio and would swing with even a little breeze.

Carp windsocks
These windsocks are fine. Not great, but for the price decent. I prefer cotton over synthetic because they look more traditional to me. Maybe not as long lasting, but not a problem yet. I put them up outside for the whole month of May and none have started to disintegrate. Neither have others that I have had longer, but not from this same company. My one complaint is that several of the eyes came off immediately and most of the others over a couple weeks outside. They are cheap paper and cheap glue. I would buy them again especially considering the cost of other koinobori that might not be any better.

The windsocks that came are beautifully colored and certainly well priced
The windsocks that came are beautifully colored and certainly well priced. They will suit my needs as decorations however, I was expecting cotton, as advertised. They appear to be made of a satiny polyester material. I have owned a large 100% cotton koi windsock for years- which I fly from my beach umbrella. I was disappointed that these were not of the same quality materials and construction.

cute and different wind socks
I had one of these as a kid and had forgotten all about them until I happened to see one in a magazine. These were great because I didn't know which color I liked best. With this there were five to choose from and I can put them at various places around the yard. They aren't made of the best stuff but for the price they are easily replaceable.

Fish Wind Socks
I believe there is a custom of flying these carp wind socks to show the number of boys in a family. It sounds very sexist. I fly 3 on bamboo fishing poles in the corner of my pool. They are for my 3 grand sons. I don't have any grand daughters. If I did I think I would fly one for her too! They are very colorful and a sure sign of Summer when I bring them out and set them up at the corner of the pool. I love them!
