Great product

I have tried many, many of the Amazing Grass products from both Amazon and Whole Foods and other small grocers. The reason I got into it was because a health-nut friend convinced me that it was good for me. So...for a few years now I have been buying different flavors of this product and drinking it once per day. Some people say that it gives them diarrhea but I have never experienced that nor has my husband. It's a green powder that you mix into water and drink. You will feel healthier after just one minute of drinking it (maybe placebo effect but who cares? I need to feel healthy!). I've never been totally clear on what the "secret proprietary blend" ingredients are but I don't really care I guess. It's better than NOT drinking it and I feel healthy doing it. I know that I am ingesting a lot of vitamins while drinking it and so I feel good.Positive;--This flavor is the best in this line of products. It tastes kind of lemon/lime like.--It's easy to mix in water and dissolves easily without big chunks of it like some other powdersNegative:--I am never quite sure why exactly it's healthy! I should probably read the labels with more scrutiny.

I always go back to this stuff. I tried other green food substitutes but this one is the best. No clumsiness. Of course it doesn’t taste good, but I mix it with energy drink packets and I love it. I don’t eat a lot of fruits and vegetables honestly so it’s nice to know I am at least putting something good into my body.If you’re looking for something that tastes good, this is not it. But that’s not the point of buying this. If you’re looking for something to help add nutrition to your body, definitely try this out. And mixing it with some sort of energy packet or scoop with ice makes it taste good!

All the nutrients are great, but the taste is pretty over-powering. I mix this in a smoothie with some delicious plant-based protein to mask the taste. If you use banana and peanut butter that also helps cover up the taste too.

I don't like the flavor that good. I am sure it's good for you. Consistency good. Mixed in my bullit with no problem. Maybe if I had added some type of juice instead of blueberries and kale. It did taste better with banana!
