My husband loves the vinyl cleaning kit. It is gentle but effective

The velvet brush is weird. Not sure if it's a manufacturing defect or what, but the grain is 90 degrees off. Every other vinyl brush I've ever used, the grain has been on the long side of the brush. And, forgive me if I'm wrong, but I've been told by multiple people that using the brush against the grain is the most effective method of cleaning records. It just seems weird to me that this one doesn't cover the circumference of the playing surface. Part of me thinks it's for a better clean, the other, assumes laziness on the part of the manufacturer. The items in the kit seem of decent quality, the rag In the cleaner bottle was drenched in fluid. You definitely get what you pay for. This does the job, but I'll be upgrading when this item inevitably wears out.

This kit has been great so far for the value. You get a ton of stuff for a great price and works as intended. I had bought an old Led Zep II album that was riddled with skipping, cracking and popping. After using this the skips finally stopped and drastically reduced all the other nasty sounds. It still has a tiny amount of crackle but may just need more cleaning which is why this might not be the greatest deep cleaner but certainly gets the bigger things taken care of. In my opinion a good starter and upkeep kit that can be built upon. Will update if things change but so far so good.

I was looking for items to clean my vinyls since I just started the hobby and stumbled upon this product. I'm not exactly sure what higher end products look like, but this does the job pretty well. I'd say it pretty reasonably priced too. I've used the spray and noticed the sound quality improve. The micro fiber brush doesn't do too good of a job of wiping off dust and other little particles. The velvet one seems to do a better job.Side note , it would've been great to include a little bag to put everything in. The box just doesn't cut it for storage.

Bought old vinyls from a thrift store and ordered this product to clean them. I must say, this product cleans very well. I only gave it 4 stars because it does not tell you what the brushes are for. I grew up playing vinyls so I know how to use the brushes, but what about the newbies?

I received my vinyl buddy kit a few days ago.products are exactly as described, good quality and comes nicely packaged.had a bunch of old LPs from garage sale finds that I cleaned up right away. I like the versatility for either a quick or deep clean dependinding on what’s needed.Definitely worth the few extra dollars over some of the cheaper options I saw.

The liquid was definitely leaking. Every other brush was fine and not wet, but if the cloth wasn’t stored inside the bottles cap I’m sure everything would’ve been soaked because the cloth was dripping wet. It’s a good deal, but seems like other people have the same problem with the leaking bottle and on top of it the box was holding together by a thread.
