Wright's Baking Cheddar and Sun Dried Tomato Bread Mix, 500g

I always have a packet or two of this in the pantry for when I need a quick savoury loaf. This mix has proven reliable over the years. I do use very slightly less water than in the instructions and occasionally supplement the yeast, depending on which machine I am using to cooking the loaf, or the ambient temperature. That said cooking as per the instructions will produce a perfectly edible loaf, so if using for the first time, that is the way to go.Nice flavour and texture you can safely feed to friends and family.

Amazing and so easy. I've had a bread maker for years now..measuring out yeast, flour. sugar etc..but this just measure out required amount of mixture (made up already)! for your machine plus water and away you go.makes a lovely golden crusty tasty loaf. I am well impressed..and it puts my own to shame after years of experience.

this works well the flavour was good a bit strong but not as cheesy cooked well in a bread machine

This is a must for any party, dinner, picnic etcEasy to prepare and baking no problem. Good results every time.Extremely tasty.
