Good quality, nice and chunky and a nice design enabling a good grip around the glass - good when you get condensation on an ice cold drink, stops any slips - perfect for a gift.

It's surprising how a drink can taste better if it's drunk from a good quality looking glass. It's all psychological, but if you were to have your favourite evening go to and had this from a standard tumbler, you'd not feel satisfied, but having the same drink, say whiskey from this glass, simply enhances the experience.I've not yet been able to work this one out, but needless to say, this is a glass that you'd enjoy drinking from. It has a firm solid base which gives it the weight and the sides are not too thin, but gives it that elegant look and feel, and whilst you're deep in thought, you can enjoy feeling the cut-design around the outer.I can recommend these set of glasses, you won't be disappointed.

These are very nice glasses and a good size for neat spirits or including a mixer. They feel weighty and solid.Come nicely packaged and given the price these are good value.

PresentationThe Elite Collection Crystal Tumbler Glasses 350ML were supplied in a nicely appointed presentation box with the name INTIGNIS on the lid. Inside the box were the two glasses nestled in a bed of foam and thus prevented for damage during transportation.First ImpressionsAfter retrieving the glasses from the packaging and looking them over, they are clearly not crystal as such and as the price would suggest, but are a fairly heavy and thick whisky or at least ‘shorts’ glass. The rim is fairly thick at just under 4mm at the narrowest point whilst there is a diamond pattern just below the rim – with a diamond facing tip down then one facing tip up so forming a geometric egg-timer type shape alternating that with a full diamond. Beneath that is a smaller but stand out 3 diamond pattern that forms a kind of beaded ledge that I found comfortable for my fingers as I knew where the glass was in my hand without looking. The base has another half diamond shape all the way around. The issue here is that there are too many shapes – it is too busy for my eye.Day To Day UseThe glass makes a good whisky, rum or I guess any other tipple you care to have within it, a dark drink does make the small diamond pattern stand out more and looks quite nice. When filled however with say a whisky and soda with ice and lemon the glass is a bit weighty.Summing UpI’m 50//50 with this – it is a solid drinking vessel, but with far too much going on in the design (a personal observation only) and it is heavy when filled. For me then a a 3/5.

I love the design on these with the thick knurled band around the middle, they look fantastic.The packing/presentation box is a nice touch, and they could make a nice gift thanks to the packing.The glass is thinner than most rocks glasses, especially the base, and I think it works very well with these glasses. Also makes them a fair bit lighter.Great for a spirit based cocktail, or neat spirits, a perfect addition to my cocktail glasses!

Die Gläser sind erwartungsgemäß groß und liegen angenehm schwer in der Hand. Daß es kein Bleikristall ist, sieht man im direkten Vergleich. Sie sehen trotzdem ziemlich gut aus.

Les verres sont épais. Ils ont une belle brillance.Ils sont solides et résistent bien aux passages dans le lave vaisselle.Le haut du verre est très évasé c'est pas super pour humer le vin. Avec les formes dans le bas du verre, on ne peut pas non plus apprécier sa robe.Pour du jus de fruit ça convient très bien.

Je dois vous faire l'aveux que je les préférais en photos. Je ne dis pas qu'ils ne sont pas de qualité, au contraire, ça sonne comme du cristal et les verres sont épais et agréable à prendre en main… mais, il manque un je-ne-sais-quoi. Probablement la couronne de de pyramides sur le pourtour qui ressort un peu trop…
