Just asked the opinion of the old man on how the insoles are doing and he said they have made a massive difference to his work boots ( about 4 weeks in) - he has safety boots - he is really pleased with them and will buy them again when needed. They fitted his size 9 boots perfectly. He doesn't feel the spade under foot as much when digging so that's a bonus.

A fraction too narrow but length good. Not tested yet

I have used this type of insole for several different shoes. They do not take up very much additional space inside, but provide welcome support for the arch. With casual walking shoes they give additional support leaving you less tired at the end of the day. You may feel a slight lump under the middle of the foot when trying on initially, but that soon disappears. Well worth the money.

Semelles mises dans chaussures de tennis. Très confortables et efficaces. Après un match très disputé, plus de tiraillement dans le pied ou les mollets comme auparavant sans semelles

Ich hatte die gleichen Einlagen vor vielen Jahren mal von Bama, die gibt es so allerdings nicht mehr. Es ist schwierig, schwarze Schuheinlagen mit Fußbett und Pelotte zu bekommen. Das Material ist auch angenehm zum Tragen im Sommer ohne Socken. Und der Preis ist wirklich sehr in Ordnung.

These insoles are so reasonable you can replace them every 12 weeks (or in my case 8-10 weeks). It provides a lot of aeration so the sweat will dry off. Not so sure about arch support because I’m flat footed.
