For pancakers and eggers and cheesy omelettes!Well, for anything you want to heat in a pan and then flip over really.Unless you like burnt fingers, maybe then you prefer using your fingers.I prefer using this, it works well, it's wide. It's wonderfully wide.It works well, it's a spatula.Doesn't require gas to operate and the manual is rather simple.If this seems complicated to you, don't buy it.

Largest spatula I've ever seen! Perfect for flipping pancakes, quesadillas, burgers, omelets, etc. It truly is non-stick also. It usually doesn't even look dirty after we've used it. Non scratch, which we needed for our pans, and flexible to get under food. Very nice!

we got the spatula so we can flip heavier items without it flexing. It works very well for that purpose and is wide enough to pick up items like a meat loaf without any problems

Too big for my fry pan. If I don't spray it first, food doesn't slide into it.

Don't know how I did without this, I love it! very durable, too. made well.

This product was to flimzy. Hard to turn pancakes.

I love how it holds large eggs, meat or lasagna.
