Terrible! The container was damaged and the product was in bad shape!

***UPDATE: I decided to start my new regimen tonight on a Monday 11- 4- 24 when I opened the jar and pulled the inner liner out, I spilled liquid on my counter top. The product was separated and it was liquid and curds. I took an eye-liner brush and used the opposite end to stir the solution. It helped a little but when you stick your finger into it, all that sticks to your finger is oil. It is nothing like the sample I had before. It is still odorless but I don't think it will work because when you try to apply it, it's just oil. I was really looking forward to this product and am disappointed that it must have separated during shipment.I hope they resend the product because I do believe it was a good product.My daughter said she could see a difference around my eyes. I had a little sample portion that was a gift when you order product like perfumes and makeup from some companies online. I kept meaning to buy the full size container and use it along with my other night regimens.This also says to "dot" the cream on around your entire eye area and use your ring finger to pat the cream in. If I remember correctly, the cream is odorless and if you rub it in, like I did at first, your skin can burn or sting.Lesson learned! Always read All of the instructions before using! I am looking forward to using the Beverly Hills MD. I will come back and give an update in a couple of weeks.

When I opened the container, it looked like separated oils and blobs. There are no directions to tell you if you need to mix it or not, which is quite confusing.While there are some new Korean serums that look like this, I think this product was just not mixed well. I don't want to put a product around my eyes that may not be clean or chemically stable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this eye cream.Hope you found this review helpful!

It really surprised me when I opened it. It was so watery, it spilled all over. I tried to stir it to see if it can go back to a normal texture, it was not working. The excessive water was discarded and then I was able to see it in a normal consistency. Still, when you purchase a product with this price, and it looks nice outside, it’s quite a big turn off when you see this!I did try to apply this after I fixed the texture. It is very oily, hard to wash it off without soap. So… I won’t recommend this product.

There’s complaints about the wye cream looking like cottage cheese. I sent a message to BHMD about this. They refunded for two. I bought two more and had the same problem. I used a small mixer used for frothing milk and it seemed to work blending all the ingredients, oil especially to a creamy consistency. We shouldn’t have to buy a small mixer to do this and should areive blended well.

I appreciate and am more trusting when my ordered product comes with a tamper-evidencing seal, either on the jar itself, the outer box, or both. I would have thought a premium brand would have done that, but my Beverly Hills MD eye cream product didn’t have any seals. So when the product arrived in a condition that wasn’t expected, I was concerned. Was the cream merely curdled, or was it tampered with somewhere along the way? Whatever the result, the eye cream arrived in a disgusting state of congealed product (photo provided) and I won’t be comfortable putting it anywhere near my eyes. Very disappointing, as I was looking forward to trying this Beverly Hills MD Total Recovery Night Eye Cream.

I was so excited to try this eye cream as I have dark bags and wrinkles around my eyes.I opened the pot for it to not only pour over me but look like someone had vomited into the pot of cream. Absolutely disgusting.I obviously can’t use this like this and it will have to go in the trash. What a waste.
