So the staff is about 5 feet 7 inches long which is great for my height since I’m short. The golden ends are made of a tough rubber so there is no need to worry about the ends greatly damaging any you lay it on. Now, there is one problem I encountered though which is the packaging. The staff is just placed in a long skinny box. When I purchased it originally, a huge dent was in the staff which prevented it from retracting. However, the seller was really nice and sent me a free replacement and it was not damaged this time. I would strongly recommend the seller to do more for the packaging because United States mailing isn’t fully respectful towards packaging. Other than all of that, great product!

The material of the ends of the staff are not solid. It arrived with a bend.The metal is thin, but it's still sturdy.Wouldn't recommend on principle that the product doesn't match the promotional advertised images listed.
