original plastic poles USELESS
Excellent product, should not be an option to the original purchase. It should come with the original purchase even if the cost is raised to cover it. The flimsy plastic poles are a disgrace to the product. I have severe equilibrium problems and the flex of the original plastid poles made your product almost useless for me to follow the exercise regimen. Upon installing the metal poles I am now able to confidently do the video exercises.

Seller wants more money to return poles than poles cost.
Unless you weigh more than 300 lbs., seller does not recommend metal poles. No where on the Amazon website is this mentioned. The plastic poles that come with the balance board are sufficient for most people.
