A must read for anyone with supervisory responsibility.
Anyone who supervises another should have this book in their library. It is succinct, humorous at times, and ultimately a great help to those of us who have suddenly been promoted to a position where we are responsible for others. It has already helped me with at least two work situations that were causing angst before I read this book. I hope this author continues to publish.

funny and practical
She makes the read enjoyable by providing useful short stories as examples and seems to have a good sense of humor. I also like the short summaries that she gives to reinforce the section's main tips and points. Overall it is well worth the read and has actually made me excited to put some of these tips in place.

Pretty basic and down to earth
Pretty basic and down to earth. If all our supervisors followed this book, they would be at top performance. Best book I have found on this topic for simplicity and ease of reading. It was just what our plant was looking for.
