I ordered the mirror size 24”x36. After bringing in the box, I had to go check the product info details. I was surprised by the mirror’s 22.7 lb shipping weight. That’s easily 50% heavier that many similarly sized mirrors. Fortunately, the mirror was well packaged for shipping, and a set of wall anchors was included (taped inside). The mirror has an attractive design and images reflections appeared clear and crisp. The frame is comprised of a band that’s about 1-inch deep by 1/4-in thick and it has the feel and density of wood. The “gold leaf” treatment applied to the frame creates an interesting layered, textured in a metallic gold finish that best resembles a champagne gold color rather than the recent trend of flat brassy gold.The mirror is designed to hang vertically using the two inset brackets on the rear of the mirror. NOTE: The mirror does NOT have pre-installed brackets to hang the mirror horizontally. Brackets can be added by the buyer, however, it’s still a detail worth mentioning. Also, the wall anchors and screws included didn’t seem to match, but fortunately I had a pair on hand. And lastly, I’d suggest getting help to hang the mirror, especially if you have to lean over a dresser or cabinet to hang it. Getting the screws heads docked into the brackets seem easy enough, or at least until the 3rd or 4th try.— I hope my review has answered some question and helped you with your decision. Good luck!

Mirrors are a common household thing that i was never into until recently. Now i like to have a few rooms that have many mirrors in them. This can be immensely helpful if you want do keep an eye on a kitten or other pet that likes to get into everything. By having mirrors around you can often see around corners and other areas that would not have otherwise presented themselves to you.After installing this top notch mirror from the Besdomus brand, i was able to lay in my bed an still see what my young kitten was doing out in the hall due to the way i positioned it on the wall.This is easily a five star mirror, rating wise because it is solid, with no hollowness and at the same time not heavy.I am impressed with how the mountuing areas are on the very edges of the back. That made for a very easy measuring process. I did not even use a measuring tape but rather the nearest thing which was a mop. I was able to mark the location for the drywall screws with zero problem due to that placement from the manufacturer.I love the outer boarder trim which compliments the mirror nicely.To sum up, i am totally satisfied with this mirror and recommend it for anyone looking for a mirror that will last a long time and is not too heavy.

Lovely mirror that has a good weight, but not too heavy

I absolutely love this mirror. I usually don’t get mirrors in the mail, due to my own paranoia of breaking being the biggest concern. I tend to go and pick it out and haul it into my car. But I was genuinely surprised to see this large mirror make it safely. It’s really so beautiful to have on your wall or even slanted on a desk/dresser. Very beautiful and not too heavy.

I really like the appearance of this mirrow and the color of the gold. It looks more like an antique gold, rather than a mat or newer fold finish. However, Some of the finish seems to rub off on my hand when I touch it, making itblook like fine glitter remnants on my hands. I don't intend touching the mirror a whole lot more, so this probably won't be a big deal. You can only hang this mirror vertically unless you want to install an additional hangers on the back for a horizontal hanging. It is quite heavy , so you will definitely need to anchor it or use one of those french cleat style hangings to anchor into the wall. Overall, really pretty.

What a lovely mirror! Nice, generous size for the price and the gold leafing around the frame just gives it that little extra bit of class! So, so pretty! This mirror is very well made, nice and heavy without being TOO heavy and while I don't prefer this type of bracket (really love a good, french cleat, myself!) I found it relatively easy to install in my entryway.As things go with these, I always highly recommend bringing your own hardware as I'm not a huge fan of the hardware included, but this is just a pro-life tip for any would be DIY-er. My mirror arrived well packaged and in one, solid piece. Would have been a real shame for such a pretty mirror to arrive broken!

Perfect size for my guest bathroom. The mirror is nice & sleek in appearance. It’s not too heavy where I need to worry about kids knocking it down. Easy to hang on the wall & great value for the price.
