I was skeptical that any supplement would relieve my constant hot flashes. I did not want to take HRT, but I was so uncomfortable and was not sleeping well. They were so bad I was willing to try Black Cohosh. I bought this brand and dosage at our local health food store. Within a week my hot flashes went from every 30 minutes to about 5 a day...total! And they are not nearly as severe as they were. I am also sleeping so much better. I'm now a believer! I just ordered another two month supply here on Amazon. Everything I've read about Black Cohosh is that you should not take it for more than 6 months. I'll speak to my doctor at that time and may have to try another supplement.2-Month Update: I'm sorry to update that the Black Cohosh is not working as well with hot flashes after a couple of months. They are more frequent again, but not as severe. I'm guessing in another month or so it will not work at all...at least that is what I've heard. I'll continue it until that time and try something else. It was definitely worth trying.

Good product, small tablet, easy to take.

I was skeptical about using something that would help with hot flashes but this product really worked for me. There is a marked difference in the reduction of hot flahes when I take and don't take the product.

I bought this for my mom and she got worst than before. It gave her a terrible headache and stomach ache. This doesnt work for everyone obviously but wouldn't think it could make it worst. I was so confident buying this product so i bought 3bottles at once. Im so disappointed:(

I found out that I have very high liver enzymes, which causes other issues. People have died from Black Cohosh! I had no idea before!STOP TAKING BLACK COHOSH! DON'T TAKE THE RISK!Google about Black Cohosh and liver failure!
