I'm in schock. I bought this because it had high "verified purchase" reviews. I still wasn't getting my hopes up, though. This kind of stuff never works, right? WRONG. I just did my first weigh in. I started taking this exactly 2 weeks ago, and I've lost 5 pounds.Be warned, I also started (kind of lol) 'getting healthier' at the same time, so I'll let you know what I did. That way you can reasonably judge its effectiveness.Week 1 - Ate exactly the same, exercised 3x a week.Week 2 - Tracked my food (but didn't change what I ate much), ate anywhere between 1,000-1,600 calories a day. No exercise.This every day, 2-3x a day.= 5 POUNDS LOST. Whoo!I started off 140, I'm now 135. Only 10 more pounds to go until goal weight.I suggest this, I really do.

I used it for the first time, it did not curb my appetite. I actually ate like normal. Maybe it depends on the person. I also really need something to give me energy and as noted in it's description it does not. Usually I can feel a difference the first time I take something like this. I haven' taken anything like this in a couple of years and not often even then. But I felt as though I might as well drank a cup of water and it would've done more.
