It is a brick. It will not work as a phone.
This is a 3G phone for a 3G cell network. After I received it, I tried to activate it on several phone networks (Ting, AT&T, etc) and all of them told me the same thing: it will never work on an American network. The phone is a brick out of the box.

amazing tiny phone
This is really an awesome gift!When I got this mobile phone for the first time, I was really astonished. It was actually so small! It's so tiny that it can be easily placed in a pocket or a small bag, and it's incredibly convenient to carry around. After I gave it to the kids, their little faces full of surprise and happiness really made me feel that I had chosen the right gift. The functions of this mobile phone are very practical for kids. It can be used to make phone calls, so that parents and children can keep in touch with each other at any time, which makes parents feel at ease. Moreover, it also has a GPS positioning function, which is like an insurance for the children's safety. Parents can know where their children are at any time. In addition, it also supports WIFI. My daughter loves it
The media could not be loaded. The only thing I had a problem with is when my daughter downloads a game it has a option to wait for your parents approval which supposed to send me something I never got it so can’t approve it but it has another option to put yours , kids or your email password and that didn’t work for me either so I end up making just a regular email for her. But over all so cute and small and all my daughter do is play her games on it and take pictures on it the pictures quality is not so good but they like it. They don’t care as long as it takes the picture of them that’s all that matters.

Sim card issue
Purchased this phone as a second device. Like other reviews I had a problem with the sim card will call cell phone provider and up date. Other than that work great can still use under wifi

Does not work!!
I got this phone for my son for Christmas, and unfortunately he is still not able to use it not even ONCE!! It doesn’t work and it keeps saying the battery is low, to unplug from charger, and it doesn’t even turn on at all!!! I tried to reach out and no answer. I don’t recommend this item at all.

Little phone for kids
It works ok you have to make sure you have a strong WiFi connection it is very slowI have not had it connected to any carries like Verizon so not sure how it works like that but I guess you can’t expect too much from a device so small
