Beware: These switches DESTROY LED lights!!!
I've gone through 4 of these units, and tested on two different circuits using 4 different types of LED bulbs. Suffice it to say, I've been thorough in my testing. The result *100% of the time* - everything is good for a week or two, and then the bulb would start flickering wildly, eventually burning out from toggling on and off constantly. Same bulbs on a normal switch work flawlessly. CFL bulbs on these switches work fine too. But every one of these switches have triggered the same failures using LED bulbs. They simply are not supported.I've warned the vendor of this - who, to their credit, was quick to refund my purchases - but to date, have not seen fit to mention that their switches seem to DESTROY LED BULBS. So I am here to warn you - if you're thinking about using such a combination - these are not the switches you're looking for!

Filled my house with these. They work awesome.
*update 2020-05-27I now have 40 of these switches (6 being the 3 way model). I have since flashed them all (via tuya-convert or soldering) to Tasmota and integrated them into home assistant. I have had no failures so far, no side affects. In my case, no premature led bulb burn out. I ran into one case where I didn't have a neutral wire in the box and had to get creative by running a wire from a nearby switch box... sucks, but there wasn't much of a choice in that scenario. I have completely replaced all my switches in house with these. I hope they are still around when I eventually finish my basement.*update 2019-02-13I now have 16 of these switches installed in my home. I have had no issues with any of them. I have them controlling light fixtures, ceiling fans, bathroom fans, and the power to my doorbell. I recently moved them over to the Tuya app due to its better compatibility with Home Assistant. It's basically the same app as Smart Life. I still have around 6 more to install and waiting on MJ 3way switches to replace three of those in the home. I feel pretty confident in recommending them to friends and family.*original 2018-09-28Honestly, the first thing that caught my eye about these was the price. For the price of 1 of other smart switches, you get two. So I ordered 2 packs and installed them and couldn't be happier. The price then went up a bit, so I set an alert and when they dropped back down, I bought 4 more packs (8 switches). I installed 2 more this weekend with the others pending install; everything is working great. I need around 8 more to finish off the house, so hopefully these don't disappear before then. Wish they had some 3way switches. Will buy again!

Simple, attractive, easy-to-install & set up.
Update, 08Mar2019:The 2nd switch was installed a day or two after composing my review, and I once again had a satisfying result after struggling to pack all the wiring into the box. In this case, the M/J switch was placed in a double outlet box along with a combination switch/outlet. Gets a little crowded in there with all those wires! But everything is working well, with both the SmartLife and Alexa apps. Very happy with my purchase and usage experience!I bought this pair of switches for controlling porch and garage lights from two separate locations, after replacing ridiculously-undependable motion sensor lights. (One of which stayed on nearly all day, but usually wouldn't come on at night unless you waved your hand or jumped up and down in front of it -- but I digress...)I've only installed one of the switches at this point, but the installation was fairly straightforward after a complicated reconfiguration freed-up space for it in a dual outlet box. These switches, like most of the devices of this type, require more space behind them in the box, as they're physically larger in that dimension. also, on this particular device, connecting wires extend from the back of the module, rather than attaching to screws on the sides, as is the case with most conventional switches. With this scenario, the wires must connect to the power and fixture wires with wire nuts, which also take up space in the back of the box. In my particular situation, this required some very careful, tight placement to get everything crammed in so that this switch and the double combination switch next to it would fit properly in the box. But I managed to pull it off, and everything works beautifully! The included user manual is fairly well-written, and appears to be decently proof-read/tested, not an error-filled machine translation from some foreign language. I found the instructions for downloading the app & adding the switch to my network to be clear and straightforward, as were the instructions for using with an Amazon Echo Dot and setting up a schedule or controlling the light manually from the app. This switch is designed to be used on a 2.4Ghz wireless network, and will not connect to a 5Ghz network. So it begged the question whether everything would work in my home, where I have a dual-speed router, and most of my newer devices are connected to the 5Ghz side. I connected the switch to the 2.4 network, as instructed, and got it set-up. But it seems perfectly capable of communicating with Alexa on my Echo Dots and my iPad, all of which are on the 5Ghz band. I guess it's smart enough to know that it's all the same home network, despite being split into 2.4 and 5Ghz branches.I like the fact that there is a visual indication, in the form of a small LED, on the face of the manual rocker. When lighted, this indicates that the power to the connected device -- in my case, the porch light -- is on. Mechanical activation of the switch requires only a light tap, and I hope that it's robust enough to last without breaking. In all actuality, it probably won't get a lot of manual usage -- the idea is to have it running on a schedule, minimizing the number of manual activations.Summing up, I'm liking it at this point, am optimistic that setup and operation of the second one goes smoothly, and that they will give me a good, reliable lifetime of service and convenience.

Great for the price. Midrange overall quality, but would recommend.
I have higher-end smart switches in most of my house, but wanted to try a budget brand to finish off the house. The hardware feels cheaper than my favorite brand, TP-Link, but it doesn't feel overly cheap. The click feel is a bit hollow, but satisfying enough. The fact that the indicator light is on when the light is on is a bit odd (usually the indicator is on when the light is off to act as a nightlight), but I am actually glad because it is quite bright.Set up was pretty easy, but not AS easy as the high end brands. The high end units do not care which of the two black wires are connected to Live/Load, as the units are "smart" enough to figure it out and act accordingly. This unit requires you connect live and load to the correct wires on the unit.Setting up the app gives you 2 options - what I call TP-Link style AND WeMo style. I used both methods - the first switch set up just fine the TP-Link way (the easier way). The second would not set up that way, so I had to swicth to the other method and it worked as expected.Overall, I like these better than WeMo (I'm not a fan of WeMo, personally), but not as well as TP-Link (the gold standard, IMO).This is a great budget pick.
