HAIR SMELL We will spray disinfectant to make all the hair bundle neat when we collect the hair from the young girls. Then put the hair oil on it to protect it from long time delivery. The smell will disappear after washing with shampoo and condition. SHEDDING There might be several pieces was not attached to weft when the factory workers sew the hair pieces into a bundle and will fall out when you first comb it. However, that is not shedding. When the hair have lasted long time, maybe a little shedding as like our own hair. This phenomenon is normal. Please running the hair with wide tooth comb for straight, body wave, loose wave hair.For the curly hair, please use hand to grab your hair gently, don`t use any comb. TANGLE The hair is no tangle, but due to unpredictable reasons,sometimes the curly hair is a little tangle. Please put oil/dirt built up,salt-water, chlorine and not comb daily. Make sure wash and conditioner with your hair every two weeks. Use Olive oil to moisten it smoothly. For deep wave or curly hair, don't use comb.The best technique is that always using your fingers to detangle the hair from the bottom to top. RESTYLE & COLORED It can be dyed and iron-flat, the best 100% human hair can be restyled anyhow as you want. The heat don`t exceed 150°. We recommend you test a small portion of hair before coloring or perming the entire bundles. And please moisturizing your hair at time. GRAY HAIR We usually pick the gray hair up in production. But we cannot guarantee 100% no gray hair, because it is unprocessed. Please just take it from the bundles. Thanks for your understanding.
