Quality is extremely high, I was expecting a more typical Chinese tiny flimsy build for the price that it is. But this house is strong, with sturdy walls, so very very cute!The heated pad with it's own soft washable/removable cover and also comes with a separate super soft floor mat when you don't need the heating pad in the hour.It has thick vinyl flaps for the door and both windows that have velcro to remove them, so it will keep the heat in and the wind or cold out, it is a soft water resistant material, that feels nice and repels liquids, so this can use indoors or out doors.It comes flat packed and it just velcros together, the velcro is EXTREMELY strong, and actually difficult to take apart, this is not that cheap fuzzy velcro that barely stays attached, or sewn on poorly that alos the whole strip to rip off the product on removal. The velco and stiching is not going anywhere, probably some of the best holding, strongest velcro I've had on anything.100% happy with this purchase, if you are drawn to this house because of the cuteness of the cat-ear top dormer windows, rest assured you will be happy with the build quality once you receive it! 'Blends' into home decor much better as a piece of 'furniture' with a stylish stylish look, over typical cat house types that are just fluffy domes or plastic type that look out of place in nicely decorated living rooms or bedrooms.

Adorable cat house. Helps keep kitty warm it is set to a timer so you need to make sure you turn it back on daily. Easy to set up, Kitty loves to be in it nice and comfortable.

So I bought this to retro fit to the little enclosed part on her cat tree. See pictures. My cat (named El Gato) figured it out instantly and loves this thing. I can't get her out of there now. She also has a cat bed that's heated but I think she likes this better because it's enclosed. I bought the one without the huge digital timer, so I could fit the cord through the back without making a big hole. It worked well. Puts out decent amount of heat and obviously it's enough for her. The digital stuff on the cord is just extra hassle. The size of the pad was perfect for this application. The cover is soft and the pads heats very evenly.If you haven't gotten your cat a heated bed, your cat is missing out big time. They love these and they don't cost much. Also, picture is the cord without temp and timer unit.I highly recommend. You will have a happier cat.

I really like the heating options and timers options. It provides a consistent heat and stays on. The cat really loves it. I have to put it between a mat and a blanket because it does not have a soft cover as shown. Functionally, it's great, just does need a soft cover.

Warms up quick! The cover is cute and durable. My puppy tried chewing it and couldn’t break through the cover. The slip comes off easily for wash. Stays warm for 12+ hours. It helps a lot with my dogs separation anxiety too!

This is like Christmas everyday for my babies .not to hot but comfy on cooler days & nights I leave it plugged in all the time

This heats up nicely and warmly. My cat sat on it right away. We put this in her outdoor cat house. I really love the quality of the heating pad and cover is cozy quality fabric. Plus a 24 hour timer is amazing compared to a 12 hour timer. She is hesitant about new things introduced into her environment. This heating pad was not a problem she took right too it. Highly Recommend it for your cat.

It was delivered in a timely manner. It is thinner than expected and lacks a good inner cushion like the one we had so it’s crackling. I made some revisions so it’s softer. I like the thermostat where you can choose the temperature and time. Dog seems happy!
