This thing is pretty cool! Well made and works well.I highly recommend this.

Mine arrived with a damaged box, so I took pictures. Turns out there was almost no damage to the unit, because the stove was so well packed. 3 boxes, counting Amazon’s.The only problem was that the thermostat arrived damaged by the person packing the stove at the factory. I contacted the manufacturer and I already have a tracking number for the replacement. There was NO SHIPPING DAMAGE.I watched the assembly video, and I had no problems putting it together. I ran a test with about an hour’s worth of pellets, and burned off the oils from manufacturing. Stinky! Do that outside!I haven’t experienced any issues with backdrafting. To be fair, I haven’t fiddled with it much, but this also isn’t my first experience with a wood-burner (or coal furnace). I understand drafts, drawing, and flues.Stove appears well made. Will update as necessary. Today is September 9, 2025.

This is a game changer for winter tent camping. I have even used it in my large 12 X 20 walled tent and it kept us comfortable. it does take some time to set up and take down, but well worth it for a multi day trip. I found the estimated burn times to be accurate. Make sure to pay attention to how it all goes back in the carry case as there is little room for error and still get all the pieces back in the stove. This is a well made product and worth the cost.

This product is definitely a game changer. I discovered this product while looking for a tent heater and cooking device for the late fall and winter seasons. I watched a YouTube video to learn how it worked. I bought it out of sheer curiosity, and as soon as I received it, I took it to camp and tried it out. The product's excellent design and performance made my camping trip enjoyable and comfortable. As soon as I got home, I wanted to add a Green Stove water tank accessory, but unfortunately, it wasn't available. I hope it becomes available soon. If you're debating which product to buy, this is the perfect choice. It's a game changer that will elevate your camping experience to the next level.

Great stove. But the thumb screw on the hopper broke after first use. I had to drill it out and weld a nut on with a different screw. And no it was not cross threaded. I but it together thumb tight and it went together fine. After using it, it just snapped clean off. I think it just got too hot and had soot clogging the threads.Other than this one small thing. The stove is great .

Flue pipe is to small, doesn’t draw good and smoke leaks out from edges of stove

*UPDATE* SO I reached out to greenstove about the cracked glass and they wasted no time taking care of my issue and really went above and beyond my expectations so I no doubt this company stands behind theit products and I can't wait to buy my next stove and have a worry free experience with customer service and support ,,..So I've had the chance to run this a few times and I've had a few instances where the pellets burned back up into the hopper but I believe that was a operator error and another issue was when it tipped over while unpacking and the contents that store in the lower oven compartment landed on the corner of the glass causing a crack to form but doesn't hurt performance at all but I was not happy about it regardless. The hopper last a long time and if you need as many pellets you can use the lower section and install the top one later on if needed , the oven can be tricky to cook in because of its nature to be hotter on one side versus the other so turning whatever you are cooking often might be a work around and the ashes do tend to favor one side of the ash box and leveling it doesn't seem to make much difference but all in all for a stove that's versatile as this is very nice and I hope to get a long time out of it

This thing is incredible, and the ease of use... I can't say enough. No more loading wood every 15 minutes. Absolutely awesome build quality awesome, definitely a learning curve for temp control but not too bad.
