My husband and I started taking this for hair loss. We are in our 50’s. Just ordered a 2nd batch. I do see lots of new hair in the front where I was receding. I didn’t want to spend $88 on Nutrafol, so I looked up their ingredients. This is not the same as Nutrafol. We added Ashwaganda and saw palmetto. I don’t even take those that often and still see hair growth from these gummies each day. As long as I can still see new hair growth I will continue to take these. May update around 6 months.
