NutraLife Pet SAMe 50mg (30 tablets)

My concern about this item is that it lists phthalates as part of the enteric coating. I like that it is small. However there is a better product(that contains no phthalates) available on amazon.More about phthalates can be seen using Google: nlm.nih.gov (tox town), cdc.gov, and saferchemicals.org.The newer feline SAM-E pill I just found(Denamarin by Nutramax) contains both Sam-e(dose appropriate) and milk thistle and I called to verify the Nutramax tech team that no pthalates are in that. Note that if you really prefer only Sam-E, Denosyl (by Nutamax) is available. I prefer both Sam-e and milk thistle because these should both be safe and both should benefit the pet's liver. Note that my specifying the Nutramax brand is solely due to my understanding that this contains the ingredients my pet needs without the phthalates she does not. I have never owned stock in, or had any financial interest in either company. Just looking for the safest supplement for our cat.
