Clive is a DUDE.
Really I only got this because “I want my hat back” is my FAVOURITE book to read to my 5 year old. I love Clive, he is the penguin version of me. Rock on Clive.

Bloomin’ brilliant!
Clive Penguin is just bloomin’ brilliant!! From the wonderful illustrations to the amusing story this book is one I can’t wait to share. Clive is always cold (something I can definitely relate to!) and so he sets off to make a discovery, but will his cosy discovery make things better?!It reminded me a lot of Jon Klassen’s Hat trilogy in the way that it’s narrated and the illustrations. I highly recommend Clive Penguin for picture book lovers!Thank you to Little Tiger for my copy.

Grumpy penguins rule
My daughter says, "Clive Penguin is a very good book". She read it to us, then again to sheep, and Sheep said, "It was a nice book".- books like this that capture the imagination, are funny, contain real emotions (grumpy penguin emotions), and even a little edgy are quite rare - a little gem of a book.
