2.5 Years & 20+ Flights - Still Going Strong
I have taken this bag on US Navy ships twice (lots of sharp and unforgiving steel corners and such) as well as put it through checked luggage on roughly 10 trips (20+ individual flights total) since I bought this bag in 2021. It's still going strong. The zipper is quality, the material is durable. The water resistance is sufficient - I've had it in the rain and nothing was wet inside, though I haven't tried truly soaking it on purpose. It fits as much if not more than a large suitcase but weighs way less.Obviously, it doesn't have wheels and it's softer than even a softside luggage as it is a BAG so it might not fit all your travel needs, but I have actually used this bag for checked luggage instead of a normal spinner suitcase ever since I bought it.Some tips: Get a TSA approved combo lock, you can lock the zippers shut. Also the two hand carry straps can double as backpack straps letting you wear the bag as a backpack, though if the bag is packed with a lot of heavy stuff, trying to backpack it will definitely hurt your shoulders as I do not think this was an intended use of those straps - there's no shoulder padding and they're not adjustable, they really aren't meant to be used as backpack straps but I mention it anyway because it works in a pinch for short movements where you need free hands.I highly recommend this product to anyone that is on the search for a quality duffle.

A solid bag!
Yet to take it on a trip. However, it has most of the features that I was seeking: a) sturdy materials, b) YYK #10 Zipper that allows you to use a TSA lock, c) shoulder strap, d) mouth opens wide allowing easy access to the luggage, and e) can be used as a carry-on or checked in if packed full. Features that I would have liked: a) internal pockets on the side to store the shoulder strap when you check the bag in or keep small items, and b) daisy loops on the sides to hook up a water bottle, a travel pillow, etc with a carabiner. Overall, The "No Matter What" Medium Duffel is a solid bag.PS Checked it in on an international trip where the bag traveled through 4 airports (one in NA, one in Europe, and two in Asia). It performed well!

Sturdy and attractive
I recently took this duffle on a month long trip. I should have used ONLY this duffle for the entire trip and not taken a bigger bag at all. It’s very sturdy and roomy, and the color is very nice.

Perfect
WowWhen it arrives i didn't know what to think. I had to check t I make sure i had ordered the medium and not small. To say the least this thing is awesome. Size, shape, maternal. Amazing.More once I use it.--Yup this one's a keeper. For, forever, I traveled the world with a backpack. While they maybe look cool, after a while living out of one is a challenge when accessing anything. Too, realistically, I never "hiked" with a backpack, say through Europe or NZ. Hoisting it up and on to go to the airport or Train... Yeah, no.Together with a set of packing cubes and some forward thinking on what you're taking,, I'm inclined to say a duffle bag makes better sense. This one is lightweight, and plenty big enough. Can't wait to use it again.. hopefully SOON.updated again - I liked this bag so much that I opted to purchase the larger version. The medium is perfect for a smart traveler who's out for a week or more. In my case, I'm relocating and need something can comfortable carry a large amount of clothes, few pairs of shoes, etc. The medium was *just* enough - but a little more room makes life that much easier. I may end up with the small before long for overnight trips.Kudos to Eagle Creek for an amazing product.

Great, sturdy duffle
These duffles are great. They perform well under difficult conditions (months full of rough, sharp objects in wet, muddy cloud forest). This particular seafoam green color is kinda ugly but stands out on the baggage claim even when stained and dirty. As others have noted, the weak point is the cross-top buckles, but they are not essential for the bag to work and, according to one review, eagle creek will send you a new buckle.

Nice, seems solid, a bit skeptical but will test...
Bought this to replace an old heavyweight cordura nylon bag that's been around the world a few times. That one stood up to tons of abuse and only failed when baggage handlers tore off the zipper pulls. This Eagle Creek bag seems sturdy but I suspect it's easier for baggage handlers to puncture or rip than cordura as they tend to slam things around with little regard. The "no matter what" warranty sounds awesome but if the bag fails and stuff is lost in a cargo hold someplace, it's all academic. On the positive side, It holds a surprising amount of gear and is easy to carry. I was concerned about the lack of a structured floor or wheels but after test-packing I realized how nicely this carries. It will be ok. I like the weather repellent surface. I wait to see if the material breaks down and gets cracked or powdery, I have a ski bag of similar material that did just that, rendering it unusable. This seems like higher quality. So far so good, I like the bag and have high hopes but have yet to turn it over to the airport oompa loompas. Will update as needed.

Perfect for carrying my scuba gear
I bought the bag to carry my scuba gear on dive trips. It's perfect for my needs: fits a pair of fins, BCD, Regulator, wetsuit, dive vest, boots, and still has some space left for other stuff, e.g. mask box (although I carry my mask in carry-on). The cinch straps make it easy to make things compact. The top zipper makes it perfect for easy loading and unloading of the gear. Haven't put it through the rigors of a few dive trips yet, but it looks rugged enough to last for years.

The best travel bags
These are my favorite duffels for travel... I have been using for years, and tho prices have gone up a lot now, I still go back to these. They hold a lot and are very sturdy. I like the colored ones to avoid confusion, most of the ones on the conveyor belt are black and I tend to get confused!

One of the best diffle bags i have purchased
Best duffle bag i have purchased to date. Super compact when not in use, comes with storage bag. I love to carry this with me as a spare bag vs carrying two suitcases. Can easily hold over 23 KG of clothes etc.

Producto excelente

Decent bag
I use this to carry some of my dive gear and I work on the film industry so wished I went with a bag that had better protection at the base - I wish there was extra material at the base as I bought a large size and I worry over time it will not wear well. If you plan to store anything outside in a cool temperature the bag obviously doesn’t breathe well because it’s water resistant so thus any moisture inside sweats all on the inside of the bag - mold will be an issue depending on what you are storing in it so keep that in mindIt’s also not 100 percent waterproof just resistant and for the price I wish I just went with something waterproofI give it 10:10 for looks - it’s easy to know which bag is mine and it stores a ton of stuff
