Finally a pillow that ended my stiff neck
This was the perfect pillow for me. I am a side sleeper and have tried at least a dozen pillows - none of which helped my neck and shoulders. Some are too high, too stiff and never work for me. I have not had a shoulder problem or neck problem sleeping on this pillow. Was not sure to begin with - seemed a little flat but worked perfectly.

The pillow is about one-half as thick as shown, and the difference between its peaks and valleys minimal, so it does nothing to stabilise or to support the neck.

Takes a bit to be comfortable
Seems to help with neck support.Just used to having a bit harder type filling. Had it since Christmas, and am still getting used to it

Comfortable Pillow for Side Sleeper
This is a very comfortable pillow. I have tried many pillows and it is always difficult to find the right pillow for a side sleeper. After machine washing and drying this pillow, I was pleasantly surprised by how this pillow was immediately soft and comfortable. I especially like how there is a cradle in the middle of the pillow to support my head and neck. I am looking forward to many restful sleep with this pillow.

Flat
Had high hopes for this pillow but those hopes fell flat. Not as flat as this pillow however.

Pillows were flimsy
Pillows were flimsy. No support for your neck. Doesn't even bring your head up even with your shoulder. Had to fold in half and that wasn't much better. Terrible product. No cooling effect. Poor sleep quality.
