Very good item but no gift options

arrived partially broken, and only got worse within first few uses.
Both water valves arrived broken but still useable, both rubber grommets that the water valves go in have broken within first 2 uses, and one of the jars cracked while sanitising after first use. Overall would recommend getting a different style of fermentation jar, rather than dealing with breakages and replacing parts for these.

Well made product
Well made product, sturdy. Was extremely well packaged. Ithought it seemed a bit pricey but having seen the quality I think it is worth it.

Disappointed
One of the two glasses was smashed and so it was a very disappointing gift to give and embarrassing. Also dangerous as children were present

Good quality
The jars and accessories were all of really good quality , there was a minor issue however the seller responded right away and resolved the issue they were great ! I am looking forwards to making my first batch of kimchi at the weekend

Great value and excellent seller
We have ordered several sets of these jars and they are very good value and a great product too. We had one issue with one order but the seller quickly responded to rectify the problem which was super customer service.

Vessels broke on first use
Both vessels I received broke when I started syphoning from them for my mead mini batch, one in the corner the other on a flat face. Only redeeming factor is the glass weight that came with it which is very good.

Well packed so nothing broken but pls be careful, my jar had tiny pieces of broken glass inside.Jars are a bit strange. Main body of the jar is really thin,and I’m not sure how long it’s going to last, but the lid is thick and heavy as it should be.The glass weight you put on the top of your kraut is a great addition but not quite sure how to use the plastic attachable airlock.,Fill the airlock with water’, doesn’t explain much and if you’ve never used it before is a bit confusing.How much water? and do I need to put the plastic lid on it? etc.
