While there is no direct mention of BPA, I did find this on their website:All of the plastic used to make our toys is purchased in the USA. The majority of our toys are molded with Polypropylene (~80%) and Polyethylene (~20%) plastic. The colorant molded in all of our products is purchased domestically and is FDA approved for use in food packaging. None of our products are painted or include phthalates.While it doesn't directly say so, BPA is primarily found in polycarbonate type plastics, which they don't list as a majority material. They are a relatively small company however, so I would imagine they would respond to a direct inquiry of your question! Hope this helps, our kids love these toys and I love that they are made in the USA!

Size 16" is big. It is not small.

The colors are as depicted in the photo. There are no variations at this time.

Q: Is the dump bed solid to be used as a bowl? I want to use it as a "bowl" for a "dirt" dessert for a birthday party.

The dump bed is solid but we would not recommend using it for anything eatable. We are not sure if the plastic is BPA free as it was not made for this purpose. We hope that answers your question.
